Cancellations & Refunds

How billing, cancellations and refunds work. Candidates use Spoon Hire for free; this applies mainly to company plans and paid add-ons.

Subscriptions

Company plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access through the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate or refund the unused part of a period except where required by law.

Credits & top-ups

Monthly plan credits are granted on payment and roll over (capped at three months' worth). One-time top-up packs don't expire. Used credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and aren't transferable.

One-time purchases

Featured job slots, the Best Workplace award entry, and certification retakes are one-time purchases that are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered (e.g. the job is featured, the entry is published, or the retake is granted).

Annual plans

Annual billing pays for the year up front (two months free). It's non-refundable except where required by law; you keep access for the full term.

When we'll make it right

If you were charged in error, double-charged, or a paid feature genuinely failed to deliver, contact finance@spoonhire.com and we'll investigate and refund where appropriate. Statutory consumer rights always apply and are not overridden by this page.

Managing billing

Manage your subscription, payment method and invoices any time via the Stripe customer portal, linked from your billing page.
