Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 8, 2026

We want Spoon Hire to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Fair hiring should be accessible hiring.

Our approach

We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. We use semantic markup, keyboard-navigable controls, sufficient colour contrast, and respect the operating-system “reduced motion” setting throughout the product's animations.

The AI interview

The interview supports typed answers as an alternative to voice, and lets candidates review and edit their transcript — so it doesn't depend on speech alone.

Accommodations

If you need an adjustment to take an interview or assessment, you (or the company inviting you) can request a reasonable accommodation that preserves what's being measured. Contact hello@spoonhire.com.

Known limits & feedback

Accessibility is ongoing and some areas may fall short. If you hit a barrier, please tell us at hello@spoonhire.com and we'll work to fix it.
